FunZone is an Indoor Playground located in a shopping center, designed for children to have fun and explore in a safe, stimulating environment. Parents can relax, shop, and run errands while their kids enjoy the fun! 

We also provide After-School & Summer Camp Programs, Birthdays & Events, Private Bookings, PD Days, Inclusive Mondays, Big Kids Tuesdays, Hourly Supervision and more!

 We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except for major holidays. 

Please check our website for holiday and closure dates. 

We also offer Private Events Booking outside of regular opening hours. 

We welcome children up to 10 years old, to ensure a safer and more enjoyable environment for younger children. 

We have a special time slot called Big Kids Tuesdays, for kids aged 10 to 12 years old, every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This allows older kids to enjoy the playground while giving younger children a more comfortable space.

 Yes, a play pass is limited to 2 hours, especially on busy days. This helps ensure that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the playground. 

If it’s a quieter day, extended play may be possible depending on availability! 

 Yes, we offer Birthday Party Packages that include exclusive use of our party room and access to all our play areas. You can also customize your party with Add-Ons, reserve Funzie the mascot, and opt for Event Photography at an additional charge. 

Yes, we do offer Whole Facility Booking outside of our Regular Operating Hours: The facility is closed to the public for your exclusive use. Each package includes a complimentary pass for the birthday child's next visit, a 15% discount coupon for all attending children for their subsequent visit, and event photography available upon request for an additional fee of $59 CAD + HST.  You can reserve online through our website or in person or by contacting us directly via phone (902 402 4588) or email (info@funzoneplayground.ca).

• If the indoor playground is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as maintenance or safety issues, and you are unable to use your booking, deposit will be refunded in full amount. 
• If you cancel your party booking 14 days or more, in advance of the scheduled date, deposit will be refunded in full amount to the same method of payment.  
• If you cancel your party booking less than 14 days prior to the party date, deposit amount will be transferred to another date or for use on future admissions.

• Please note that Party Add-Ons Cannot be Refunded

 Yes, socks are mandatory for all children and adults entering the play area.

Outside snacks are permitted in the designated guest area only and are not allowed in the play area to ensure safety and maintain cleanliness.  

But please note that food with strong odors or that may cause discomfort to others is not allowed. Please be considerate of other guests when bringing snacks. 

 Yes, same-day re-entry is allowed for an additional fee of only 5 CAD + HST.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you require any additional accommodations.

Yes, we’re proud to offer Private Inclusive Mondays - private playtime tailored to include children of all abilities- where our facility will be closed to the public!  

FunZone provides a safe and supportive environment where every child can enjoy our ball pits and slides at their own pace. 

To ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience, we limit these private bookings to a maximum of two families per hour. This creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere for children and families to enjoy quality time together.

 Yes, we offer Supervision Services for an additional fee. Our trained staff can supervise children while they enjoy the play area. Please note that hourly supervision is subject to a set rate and limited time slots. FunZone is not liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur during supervision. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for their child’s well-being and behavior at all times.

 At FunZone Indoor Playground, we prioritize the health and safety of your children by adhering to a strict Cleaning Schedule and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

• Play areas, ball pits, and slides are cleaned and disinfected daily using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products.
• High-touch surfaces, such as door handles, tables, and seating areas, are cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the day.
• Regular deep cleaning is conducted throughout the facility to maintain a healthy environment.
