Acceptance of Terms: Welcome to our indoor playground! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities and services. By accessing or using our indoor playground or our services, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Supervision of Children: This is an unsupervised playground facility. Children must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times while using the indoor playground facilities. Familium Holding LTD. and Funzone Indoor Playground are not responsible for supervising children.
Safety Rules: For the safety of all guests, please follow the safety rules and guidelines posted within the indoor playground premises. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises.
Use of Facilities: Our indoor playground facilities are designed for recreational use only. Any commercial or promotional activities require prior written approval from management.
Health and Hygiene: For the health and well-being of all guests, please refrain from using our indoor playground facilities if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone displaying signs of illness.
Liability Waiver: By using our indoor playground facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with recreational activities. You agree to release and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while using our indoor playground and the facilities.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited within the indoor playground premises:
-Roughhousing or aggressive behavior
-Climbing on or tampering with equipment
-Bringing food or beverages into designated play areas
-Smoking or vaping
-Alcohol consumption
-Any activity deemed unsafe or disruptive by management.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to playground facilities or equipment caused by willful misconduct or negligence. Management reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged property.
Booking and Reservations: We offer booking or reservation services for parties and events at our indoor playground. By booking or making reservations through our website or in-person, you agree to abide by our booking and reservation policies, including but not limited to cancellation policies and payment terms.
Lost and Found: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure while using our facilities. Unclaimed items will be kept in Lost and Found for 30 days before being discarded or donated.
Age Restrictions: Our facilities are designed for children aged 1 to 10 years. Children aged 10 to 12 have a special time slot on Tuesdays. Children outside these age ranges may have limited access to certain equipment or areas.
Photography and media use: Guests may take photographs or videos for personal use only. Any commercial photography or videography requires prior written consent from management. By using the facility, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff and use the designated emergency exits. First-aid assistance is available on-site if needed.
Birthdays, Events and Parties:
- Total price of Birthday Packages and Private Events shown is before 14% HST.
The 50% deposit due at the time of booking includes HST.
The remaining balance (with HST) will be due on the day of the party.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the end of the event.
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Party Duration and Timing:
- Each birthday party is allocated a fixed duration of 2 hours, unless stated otherwise. Additional time may be requested for an extra fee, subject to availability.
- You can arrive 20 minutes in advance for set-up
- FunZone staff will assist you in packing up during the last 15 minutes
- Please adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.
- The number of children attending the party must not exceed the maximum capacity mentioned for each package unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Any additional guests beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising all children during the party. Staff will assist with setup and party coordination but are not responsible for children supervision.
- The safety rules and guidelines of the facility apply during birthday parties and must be followed at all times.
- Decorations and Supplies:
- Outside decorations must be pre-approved by management. The use of helium balloons, helium decoration, glitter, confetti, or open flames (except for ordinary birthday candles) is prohibited.
- All decorations must be removed promptly after the party.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted in the party room only. No food or drink is allowed in the play structure.
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
- All food and drinks must remain in the designated party area.
- Booking transfers/cancellation:
- If the indoor playground is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance or safety issues, your deposit will be refunded in full. However, if the playground is open and you choose not to attend (e.g., due to weather), the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your party booking 14 days or more, in advance of the scheduled date, deposit will be refunded in full amount to the same method of payment.
- If you cancel your party booking less than 14 days prior to the party date, deposit amount will be transferred to another date or for use on future admissions.
Hourly Supervision:
- Hourly supervision services are available for children aged 3+ and for children aged 5+ from Monday to Friday at specific times. (Please choose the correct booking on our website).
- Children must be potty-trained.
- Hourly supervision must be booked and paid in full (in person or online on the website), in advance and is subject to availability.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed after the agreed pick-up time. Beyond this grace period, late pick-up fees will apply at a rate of $2 per minute.
- Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information upon drop-off.
- Staff will supervise children during the agreed period but is not responsible for personal belongings.
- Child must follow the rules and instructions provided by staff for their safety and the safety of others.
- Child must wear the wristband provided by our staff at all times.
- Children displaying symptoms of illness will not be admitted for supervision.
- Parents must inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before drop-off.
- In case of a medical emergency, staff will contact the parent or guardian immediately and, if necessary, call emergency services. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
- Children exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behavior may be excluded from activities or require early pick-up. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Parents or guardians will be responsible for any damages caused by their child to the facility or equipment during supervised time.
- Children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or authorized guardian listed in the contact information.
- Proper identification is required for pick-up to ensure child safety.
- By using our hourly supervision services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with recreational activities.
- Familium Holding LTD and FunZone Indoor Playground are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings at any time.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or used for other services but are not refunded.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be rescheduled nor refunded.
- Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in denial of future supervision services.
Inclusive Mondays:
- Inclusive Mondays are designed to provide a calm and welcoming environment for families with children who have special needs and may benefit from a quieter setting.
- Participation is limited to ensure a comfortable experience.
- Advance reservations are required to attend Inclusive Mondays. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
- By reserving a spot, families confirm that their child has special needs and would benefit from the tailored environment of Inclusive Mondays.
- Reservations can be made via online booking or in person, subject to availability.
- Payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or use for other services but not refunded.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- The program is reserved for families with advance reservations only. Each reservation permits entry for up to 5 members per family
- Families are encouraged to bring any necessary comfort items or tools to help their children enjoy the experience.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the session.
- To maintain a safe environment, please refrain from attending if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of illness.
- Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or specific needs at the time of reservation to ensure accommodations are prepared.
- During Inclusive Mondays, the playground is reserved exclusively for participating families. Guests must respect the designated time slots to ensure fairness.
- All equipment and areas must be used as intended. Any damages caused by willful misconduct may result in repair or replacement charges.
- By attending Inclusive Mondays, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with recreational activities.
- Familium Holding LTD and FunZone Indoor Playground are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings at any time.
- Modification or Cancellation of Program:
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel Inclusive Mondays due to unforeseen circumstances, including low attendance or emergencies. Advance notice will be provided when possible.
By reserving and attending Inclusive Mondays, you confirm that your child has special needs and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Return
- For merchandise purchased at our indoor playground (e.g., toys, souvenirs), we accept returns within 3 days of purchase if the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Returns for merchandise will be refunded in full amount to the original method of payment and currency
- We do not accept returns of snacks, food or beverages, even if they are unused and unopened.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item from our indoor playground, please contact us immediately, the same day of purchase, to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Proof of purchase may be required for damaged or defective item claims.
- Refusal of Refunds:
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:
- The request is made outside of our specified refund or return period.
- The item or service is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
- The request is deemed fraudulent or abusive by management.
- How to Request a Refund or Return:

- Refund or return requests will be processed as promptly as possible during our regular business hours.
- Modifications to Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes on our website.
By making a purchase or booking at our indoor playground, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
